P450 Library

P450 is an enzyme that catalyzes hydroxylation of compounds. In MicroBiopharm Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MBJ"), MBJ has collected and constructed a large library of P450 that MBJ uses as a platform for the regio selective and stereo selective hydroxylation of compounds.
Hydroxylation of compounds enables the modification of their physical properties such as solubility in water, pharmacokinetics, potency, etc. MBJ offers this service for the improvement of the physical properties of our customers' compounds.
In addition to the use of hydroxyl groups as a stepping stone of derivative synthesis, the realization of highly selective hydroxylation in one step enable building new and shorter manufacturing routes for key drug intermediates or APIs for customers.
Since various compounds can be hydroxylated via MBJ's P450 library, MBJ would be glad if you could use them for hydroxylation of your compounds.
