Basic Policy

MicroBiopharm Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MBJ") considers our employees to be family members, and MBJ recognizes that maintaining our zero occupational accidents record is our social responsibility, and our basic policy is to strive to maintain and strengthen our health and safety initiatives, with the goal of thoroughly promoting health and safety activities. In addition, MBJ develops safety and health management rules and applies them to the head office and each business site.

Action Policy

• Comply with related laws and regulations and internal regulations, and improve management level.
• Promote ongoing safety and health management voluntarily and properly manage or eliminate all hazards and harmful factors in the workplace.
• Conduct education and training required to ensure safety and health for all officers and employees, and improve safety knowledge and awareness.
